INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Pulling Power!
So, you want more Pulling Power than the Olympic rowing team? Then you’re in the right place! Think of me as your ‘spy in the camp’ as I let you in on some girly secrets about what works - and more importantly what doesn’t - when it comes to pulling.
You’re going to find out about focussing on what you want, being honest about whether you’re looking for a relationship or just a bit of fun. You’ll discover where to find great women, learn how to how to connect by reading and transmitting winning body language and, most importantly, how to move in for the kill once your target is in your sights. We’ll talk about starting a conversation – and keeping it going. We’ll give you some sure-fire ways of getting a girl’s number. Then we’ll round up with a recap of Dos and Don’ts.
OK, I’ll let you in on something – and you can consider this your first girly secret: What you say is far more important than how you look or what you have. .
Women respond to personality far more than looks - and because women are led by their emotions, there’s sometimes a battle between their heart and their head – and usually emotion beats logic. Making a woman laugh can make a far more successful connection than trying to impress her .
So if you’re a dating disaster - or simply can’t get off the launch pad - you’re in need of some serious Pulling Power! Turning you into a babe magnet isn’t going to be as tough as you might think! Let’s get started...

PART ONE – Who You Are and What You Want
What’s Your Pulling Style?
To do this properly, we’re going back to basics. Maximising your Pulling Power means being comfortable with yourself. You’re inviting somebody to fall for you and not a fake image that you’ll be tripping yourself up to maintain. Don’t be what you think girls want. Be brave and put the real you out there!
First of all, take a minute to think about your pulling style. Come on guys! Everyone has a technique - even if they hate to admit it. What mode do you switch into when you find a hot woman on your radar? Are you a Romantic, charming the ladies as you recite your latest poem? Or maybe you’re a Nurturer, taking the time for those caring little gestures that make a woman feel appreciated? Or could you be a Player, preferring some cheeky banter? You might be a Bad Boy, whose dangerous twinkle brings an exciting edge to your encounters with the opposite sex. Are you a Moody Man, tempting girls with your ‘still waters run deep’ brooding? Maybe you’re a Comedian - any girl that has the pleasure of your attention going to be curled up with aching ribs as you joke your way into her heart or her bedroom. Or are you a Little Boy Lost, inviting women to take care of you? There’s no judgement here – any of these pulling styles can work. You may have more than one. It’s about being conscious of it - knowing your strengths and what works best for you.
Being self-aware enables you to adapt your behaviour to particular situations. The most charming people are often "chameleons" who can subtly alter themselves to suit their surroundings and thereby make other people feel comfortable and "in tune" with them. For instance, if you are not a natural comedian, then trying to force yourself to be one will come across as "trying too hard" and can make people uncomfortable. Being true to yourself and being comfortable in your own skin is a hugely attractive quality.
Knowing What You’re Looking For...
OK, so now you’ve thought a little about how you pull. Now let’s consider what you’re looking for! In this section we’ll focus on what pulling success means to you and what kind of girl you want to pull.
What are your goals when you’re on the pull?

Are you looking for a girlfriend?
A committed and sincere relationship?
Some casual, no-strings fun?
Do you want to play the field, and date lots of women?
We’re all looking for different things at different times in our lives. There are no wrong answers. So, come on boys, ask yourself, ‘Do I want strings? Or no strings?’ Figuring what you want can be a tough question, but the more honest you are from the outset, the clearer the playing field is. You can be far more suggestive and cut to the chase in your conversation if you know that you’re both just looking for a bit of fun - or you might like to pace yourself and take it a whole lot slower if you’re hoping to wine and dine a girl longer term.
Now that you’ve thought a bit about your pulling goals, you need to determine what you’re looking for in a woman. One that has a pulse, obviously, but what else? You increase your chances of success if you know what you’re looking for: if you want a lively girl who likes a drink and a dance, then clubs and bars are obviously a good hunting ground, whereas if you want a quiet, thoughtful girl you can talk to for hours about film, you might want to look elsewhere. And by knowing the kind of girl you’re looking for, you can tailor your pulling style accordingly. In the end, it’s all about optimizing your pulling power!
A word of advice, though: Try casting a wide net and keeping an open mind. Being overly choosy is going to limit your options - the last thing you want is a rigid check-list. You might be missing out on meeting some fabulous women!
You don’t need to dig too deep on this - just spend a few minutes thinking about the kind of girls you want to meet. By being clear about what you want, you amplify your Pulling Power - women will feel those confident, self-assured vibes just sparking off of you!
OK, so you’ve done enough groundwork. It’s time to roll up your sleeves and start pulling!

PART TWO - Game On
Ready to cut to the chase? Without realising it, you’re already streets ahead on the Pulling Power front, as you now know your pulling style, what you want from a successful pulling scenario and the kind of girls you’re looking for. You’re ready to start your pulling plan!
Out on The Town
Now that you have a clearer picture of what you want, you need to go out and find it. We’re going to focus on where could be good for you to meet girls. This is so much easier if you get yourself a social life before you try to get yourself a date. Doing more activities increases your chance of meeting that cute lady and makes you a better conversationalist, as you have more to talk about! A win-win situation!
OK, now this could be tough, especially with all this talk about meeting beautiful women, but just for a moment - forget about them! Forget about meeting girls, talking to them, tracking down a good one and winning her over with your Pulling Power. You’re laying foundations here. You’re identifying a series of targets – yes, a series of targets. Like I said, why not cast a wide net? At this stage you’re assessing the market and thinking about your comfort zone. Because that’s the place where you’re going to be yourself, which means that’s the place you’re most likely to be confident. Be realistic here, though. You’ll find that fishing, snooker and wrestling matches probably won’t be heaving with women. So think again.
How about working on ‘ Where’s Good For ME?’
Where do you like being? In the city? By the sea? What are some of your options?
