This book is dedicated to a special generation of men and women who served their country without question or condition. They left the comfort of their homes and the company of their loved ones to fight in distant lands. They endured pain, hardship, and loss without complaint. They placed the interests of others before their own, knowing that the fate of millions rested with their efforts.
