“ Achieving and maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle is a goal that many of us strive for, however integrating the changes required into our often busy and stressful lives can be difficult. In this book, Scott has suggested some simple changes we need to make to achieve our goal. Scott has summarised the evidence from a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines to provide the reader with an easy to follow guide to help us all achieve a happy and healthier life. Whilst this book is for everyone it, is of particular value to those suffering from chronic pain and disability who find themselves stuck in the negative cycle of helplessness. ”
