Happiness can be seen as an accumulation of joyful experiences accepted on a person’s behalf as a positive outlook on life. These are experiences saved within our memories through feelings of complete wholeness, and blended within are expectations; hopefulness of how our lives could be. At some point we become overwhelmingly burdened with unpleasant experiences, but instead of focusing on them, we can choose to let them go, and avail ourselves to moments that are filled with capacity for joy, fun and healing times that our inner child can gladly receive!
The mind with its ability to remember the past, experience the present moment, and plan for future desires, can accumulate all sorts of stress in our body and mind connections if not used properly.
Continuous mental stimulation leads to physical action, but if not followed through, they can (after reaching a certain extent into the body) often become stuck feelings. These "stuck" feelings are felt because they are real. They need to be released, utilized or moved along, so that they become freed, so that your body/mind is freed up as well.
Your mind is connected to your body. Obviously, you can become aware of your whole body even the deepest areas below the layers of your skin. But are there areas you avoid the most? Perhaps these areas need your attention in order to stop you from causing harm to yourself. Your attention and action are requirements.
How would your body, by using your mind, get your attention?
Feeling free from negative feelings gives us clarity to think, to plan and to act on those plans, so that you can experience your life in a positive way.
We're stimulated in order to have connections with others, through our internal and external environments, which help us to experience our inner and outer worlds. The whole idea is to connect - and by connecting, we’re able to make sense of it all. When we have this clarity, we find that we’re able to experience our true happiness.
We often become overloaded by too much of what stimulates us, therefore causing us a lot of discomfort or pain…and feelings of being overwhelmed. This is why we sometimes want to accomplish one thing, but end up feeling hindered by something else.
We sleep, rest and let go in order to rejuvenate ourselves in order to return to more stimulation the world offers us, preferably with clarity instead of stress, confusion or the hindrances of pain and anxiety.
My coaching system teaches an individual deep natural relaxation, and the release of stressful feelings, beliefs and expectations that are often stuck within us.
The techniques involve using your awareness, and releasing of stored negative emotions, and those very deeply embedded feelings, that are often filled with unwanted memories of our past...it’s truly worth your investment.
I am trained in understanding about the unconscious mind and utilizing respect for its intention. With this understanding, I teach my clients how to face and release their negative feelings safely and effectively. At the same time, they are also empowered to use their mind to stimulate the possible outcomes they truly desire.

INTRODUCTION
I’ve thought about different titles for the book. After countless changes I decided on ‘Magnified’. It made complete sense. When I thought about putting a magnifying glass over objects, and bringing them into closer view, the responsibility of the mind came to my awareness. Each chapter came to me through looking at my everyday life and the situations that I and others that I interact with go through.
I saw through the process of observation, as the chapters were floated into my awareness, which made it easier for me to write them. I thought about writing the chapters in a ‘story’ format with characters, but at the same time wanted it to flow uninterrupted. As a self-help book I had no intention to put resources, for I wrote it from an inner perspective through reflections gathered daily.
The difference is putting it together as presented in the moment. Sometimes in my busy day I would have a flash of insight, and in order to remember what to write about when I got home, I would jot it down on paper. I love to read and watch interesting movies, but mostly I enjoy intuitive insights sent to my awareness.
I hope you enjoy my ideas on how I might deal with situations, or view them from a "higher" angle. I’ve learned to "reframe" my problems in order to continue feeling empowered, uplifted and grateful for life. I wanted to help you and others to feel the same empowered feeling that I get when I choose this positive direction.
Read the chapters, use the techniques, and enjoy creating your own. Eventually you will find that your mind can also come up with positive insights about your situations quickly and easily. Doing so through intention opens your mind up to finding that your adventures are worth enjoying. I wish you well, for I know that you will gain improved mental strength and lots of power through your own positive thinking.
Though I might not know when you begin to do so, I will somehow know that my efforts to seeing those I am able to influence for good were not in vain. Through writing, my inner positive thinking can now find its way into the minds of those who also appreciate seeing the glass half full and the possibly greener grass on the other side.
After reading each chapter, use the techniques provided for you and intentionally create your own. I wish you all the best in your future, and let what you aim for be filled with memories of happiness and the joys that you seek within them.

Chapter One

A SIFTED SOUL
Set a program within your mind, one that sieves the contents of your subconscious; a sifting ‘device’ meant solely for sieving, and powerfully parting and separating the pure from the impure contents of your mind.
It’s obvious that our minds are constantly bombarded with all sorts of positive and negative contents; contents that are formed by association. These associations are caused by the mind’s need to make patterns and link similar experiences to ultimately make up a continued series of events we’re able to understand. Unless we sift the contents, we’re like ‘sitting ducks’ without any form of defense to protect ourselves from incoming information that could keep us from fulfilling our dreams.
Here is a perfect example : A man who lives his life without principle. He will do whatever; says whatever; and in the end become whatever!
Without a certain standard, our lives are without guidance. The mind is what evidently instructs the body to act on our habitual stimulations and allows unconsciously to set-up within it the ways in which we are to live.
Sifting through the contents of our soul is undoing what was already allowed to take residence within it. If you’ve owned a rental facility you might have an idea of how difficult it is to evict a stubborn tenant. Or a relationship that one person decides should not end unless on their terms. With the authority of taking back your body and mind, you’re evicting what was allowed to stay, overstay or snuck its way in without your consent.
The mind with its ability to ‘clump’ contents through association will do this so
