Affirmations
An affirmation is a positive statement or fact you say to yourself, about yourself, when you start to affirm something positive about yourself, start out with the words I am in a lot of the bible verses Jesus use those words to say something positive about himself. Using the word I am or I will, these words will empower you more. You can say some affirmation in the future tense but is better in the present tense. Example, I am learning, I am becoming... or I am now... I am loved, I am blessed, and I will have a new house.

I used the affirmation, everyday in everyway I am getting better, you can break it down to say what you are getting better at.
Say your affirmation often say it out loud, repeat it while you look in a mirror, make-up your own.
Make sure you affirm your affirmations repeatedly concentrate on them and your goals ask for direction daily.

Beneath all that negativity lies the truth. Once you know and see the truth come into reality it will set you free from the negative thoughts and words.
When ever negativity rears is ugly head you should pounce on it with a positive affirmation immediately. Say and make up as many affirmation regarding yourself as you can for particular situation. Stay in the positive and in the now.

Remember what Muhammad Ali use to say, “I am the Greatest” say it because you are, you are a unique creature that God made there’s no one else like you.

Use and say these words often on your path of life. The best person in the world to encourage you is not your family or friends but your self, your with yourself twenty-four hours a day that a lot of time to build yourself up. If you ever feel discourage, overwhelm, challenge use a few affirmations to bring you back. God made you great he didn’t make any mistake , you have to realize that and bring out the best in yourself, and what ever you do let his light shine through than your will too.
Chapter 1 The Ancient Secret
There’s an ancient secret that God put into action in the universe. And this it’s what keeps every thing going and alive. The secret is every thing must give of itself to be maintain.

That includes plants, animals, people the atmosphere, and seasons.
Read Luke 6:38. So be a giver, it also help to be a cheerful giver, read 2 Cor.9:6-7.
You must remember also, what ever you give you will receive back, that the law of the universe if you give hate, you will receive hate in return you give love you will receive love in return, if you give criticism you will receive criticism if you cheat you will be cheated too. If you gossip, you will be gossip about. What a man thinks and does will sooner or later be externally manifested in his life other words you will reap what you sow.

We are here to expand our nature and to strengthen our connection to a far richer experience. There’s a lot that one can give, love, wise counseling, money, and ones time.
So let’s get on the right track, for many people are ignorant of their true destiny and are striving for the things and situations that do not belong to them and are finding hardship, failure, and disappointment along their life journey.

There are certain conscious experiences you should do and share in your life to have a secure and successful foundation, I will share some of them with you through out the book. There is also a way of believing and thinking that is so wrong yet some people believe its the way to be.
Have you ever heard people say “I’m not giving nobody nothing’ what their really saying is (I’m Nobody) and (I’m nothing) sense you can’t give nothing to nobody you will always have nothing. think about it? This negative remark is usually from people who don’t have much in life and problem never will. or “I’m not going to do anything for anybody who hasn’t none anything for me.” or” why should I help them their not doing anything for me. Some people will never learn that there is enough in the world for all if you just share. Should I give to charity? I need this money for myself. The truth of the matter is. if you give it will be given back to you and until you practice this principle you will never know it works.

1. Share your experiences with others.
2. Share your feelings. talk thing out.
3. Search for ways to share join organizations, volunteer.
4. Have a consciousness of sharing, you can do this any time and any place.

A nger is only one letter short of danger.

God true purpose in life for us is to have joy and fulfillment, this is our true destiny. There is a Bible verse in which the Lord says “I have come so that you may have life and have it more abundantly.” If you don’t have the feeling of joy in your life something is truly missing and it is free. This is the reason Jesus die. Some people have it so don’t think it can’t be found, hey, I went on a mission to fine out what it was. It started by me finding out who I was, and what I was here for, and then learning to love myself, not necessarily in that order.

That’s when I found out that there are basic principles and rules you must follow. I started looking, reading and listening to anything that was of good report. I read everything I could get my hands on, but the Bible was my best resource. Sometimes people give the Bible the following acronym:

B-BASIC
I-INSTRUCTION
B-BEFORE
L-LEAVING
E- EARTH

I also get my daily dose of spiritual medicine on Sundays by going to church. I’m not saying one has to go to church to find this missing link, but it can only help.
I’m a true believer that we all have it in us but it has to be awakening and until it is you will continue to sleep walk thru your life. Another thing I learn is that there is help all around us we just have to ask. My people have not because they ask not. You see our spiritual father wants to supply all our needs, and one way he does that is by putting people in our lives.
A stranger, friends, relatives god puts people in our life for special reasons.

People who are having a rough time in life, trying to put their life in order need to learn how to get in touch with their inner spirit.
