Introduction
We may be like flowers.
Every rose is different from every daisy. Every orchid is different from every dandelion. No two roses, daisies, orchids, dandelions, or any other flowers are alike. When we celebrate the uniqueness of each flower, we may be able to revere the shared beauty in them all.
Thought 1

When we don’t judge, but rather examine our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, we may diminish dissonance within ourselves and better understand our world and our place in it.
Thought 2

Sometimes we may become accustomed to our lives being filled with the burden of having struggles. We may find comfort in the discomfort of struggling because the burden is so familiar. Our struggles may not be a burden, but rather a desirable choice. When we welcome a struggle that is congruent with our aspirations, it may be easier, more comfortable and familiar, and even inspiring to struggle toward our goals.
