It is a general, non-academic and leisure read of a book, yet very thought provoking and meant for someone who already has some experience of public speaking. The book is mainly intended for people aspiring to speak in public fluently and confidently in whichever language they choose. For instance, if one wishes to speak in English, a thorough knowledge and good command over the language is a must and is the first and foremost criterion. Besides this, pronunciation of words, voice quality, pause between the sentences, etc are also some of the salient criteria that must be learnt, imbibed and mastered in order to be an impressive and good Public Speaker. This book basically discusses about these vital qualities in detail and aims to develop your self-confidence, remove your hesitation or fright, if any and bring out the real Pub Spartan in you! #v&spublishers

Foreword
This is a non-academic, rudimentary , general read of a book. It is meant for some one who already has some experience of public speaking. In some ways the book is intended for people looking to speak in public but is not an introduction to it. Knowledge of good English would give you an edge as you laugh away your hitches and snagged/snapped public speeches. It is riddled with neologisms . You will find words you have heard before. The idea is to make some concepts and issues clear.
There are many materials on public speaking on the internet. Those cover the topic extensively. I however, here have tried to bring in a new angle. This I do by devoting a whole Book to what I call The Pub-Spartan . Read the whole work carefully. It is sometimes in conversational style. It is memory friendly as far as the coinages are concerned. It also draws on quite a bit of relevant information from academic circles which are devoted to the study of language. Where needed, I have reassessed the validity of information and presented here in a new fashion. I include or omit stuff to make this an interesting read at coffee tables and public speaker’s green rooms. I have attached a glossary of terms and references named as Functional Vocabulary at the very end to explain and support what is discussed in the book.
To be frank, this book is like a process . In that I have formulated 3 Sub-books. Book I, 2 and 3. These are sequenced for a purpose. Keep to it. Do not under any circumstance, try to skip lines or chapters. It will disturb the flow of information in your mind and also the subtle training that this book aims to provide. I wish you a pleasant and exciting read. Its success lies in being the one making the change in your speech delivery.
As I end this foreword, let me tell you a trick. Before getting your personal copy, buy it collectively and gift it to a student who has not yet got the limelight to speak publicly in his lifetime. See if it works for him/her, marking out and profi ling him/her during his/her successful debut speech. Note: The meanings of all the italicised words are given in the Functional Vocabulary at the end of book.

The Book of Identification of The Arty Party Speakers
Introduction
T his, is the beginning. Hence, I bring to you all that is to identifying a public speaker’s typology and public speaking. I call these idenfifibale speakers the Arty Party Speakers. The chapters, as we proceed through the book, lay down the rudiments/ ingredients that make up public speaking. It will dwell on the speaker’s typology. I have done some new coinages for novelty and to aid clarity. There are three vital aspects of identification of the Arty Party Speakers:
Part 1 – The Speaker
Part 2 – The Speech Chain
Part 3 – The Fright
The three put together will help you to identify the kind of public speaker you are.
What is identification to a public speaker? Why is it needed? These are some of the questions you should begin with. Generally, identification is to understand clearly by knowing the features of what is being talked about. Many times, we fail in our public speeches and do not know the cause of it. People react to our speech negatively making us, as speakers, uncomfortable. We try to overcome the sadness that follows by talking it out to our friends, colleagues
