Mark Ross Pellegrino(born April 9, 1965) is an American actor of film and television. He is best known for his work onLostas Jacob and onSupernaturalas Lucifer.
Career Pellegrino starred as Rita's abusive ex-con former husband Paul on Showtime'sDexter; and later as Lucifer on Supernaturaland as the mysterious near-immortal Jacob on ABC'sLost. He has appeared on the television series Northern Exposure,ER,Without a Trace,The X-Files,NYPD Blue,CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, andKnight Rider. He also is well known as the "Blond Thug" who stuffs The Dude's head down the toilet and drops his bowling ball, breaking the floor tile, in the cult filmThe Big Lebowski. In March 2009, Pellegrino was cast on the ABC seriesLostfor an appearance in the final episode of the fifth season, to play the role of the mysterious Jacob. Although the press release for the episode refers to his character simply as "Man No. 1," the episode revealed that Pellegrino portrayed Jacob, a mysterious character pivotal to the show's [1] plot. On June 26, 2009 it was also announced that Pellegrino was cast in a recurring role as Lucifer in the fifth season of the CW seriesSupernaturaluntil he was returned to his prison, returning in the seventh season as a hallucination of protagonist Sam Winchester until Sam was cured. He portrayed the vampire "Bishop" in the SyFy horror seriesBeing Humanin the first season, and also reprises the role in season 2.
Personal life Pellegrino lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tracy Aziz, stepdaughter Tess Aziz and stepson Misha Aziz. He is a teacher at the repertory theater company "Playhouse West", a west coast division of Sanford Meisner's Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. Pellegrino was baptized as a born-again Christian in his mid-20s but [2] now considers himself more "spiritual/philosophical".

A Murder of Crowsis a 1999 thriller film directed by Rowdy Herrington and starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Tom Berenger.
Plot synopsis Lawson Russell (Gooding) is a Louisiana-based criminal lawyer who gets disbarred for committing a mistrial. After that, he retires to Key West and decides to write a book about his experience. He suffers from perpetual writer's block while working on his book and befriends an old man who asks him to read his manuscript. When the old man unexpectedly dies soon afterwards, Russell decides to pass the book off as his, and it ends up becoming a huge success. Russell is later arrested for the real murders of five lawyers just as they happened in "his" book. He then finds himself forced to prove his innocence.

Plot Set in 1963, in the swirl of glamor and intrigue that turned President John F. Kennedy's Washington into Camelot, a young teenager, Adam Stafford (Cameron Bright) has an inside view of JFKs torrid affair with his neighbor Catherine (Gretchen Mol) and secret CIA assassination plans. The Catherine Caswell character and the events not involving the wholly fictional Adam Stafford are based on Mary [4] Pinchot Meyer.
