Chapter 1

The Beginning
M any, many, many moons ago, when there was no such thing as time or people as we know today, there was just Father Sky and Mother Earth. Some say that Father existed first as the Galaxy, however, some claim that their unseen observation about Mother was the fact she quietly calculated that perfect moment, like a spark waiting to explode, also known as The Big Bang. But it doesn’t really matter at all who was first, because it is irrelevant to this story that started before time existed.
Loving days of warm sunshine and tender nights of twinkling stars shined upon Mother Earth ever so brightly, but she felt something was missing. So she consulted with Father Sky about using their combined creativity and the idea of birthing something amazing. At that time the only presence on Mother was the Rock and Plant Beings and the Fair Folk. The Fair Folk made their homes either in the majestic rolling hills of green vegetation, massive formations of extraordinary rocks or the large bodies of crystalline water that covered more than half of Mother Earth.

Father Sky stated he wanted an extremely strong courageous creature that possessed the talents to fly, swim, walk or crawl and breathe out fire if needed. Mother Earth thought this creature would be extra special as it would embody all the elements in its being so she agreed to Father’s idea
