AUSSIE MYTHOLOGY – THE STORY.
Our writer completed the trilogy, Aussie Pilot, Aussie Knowhow and Aussie Impasse, and now he gives us the se quel.
T HE NEED TO continue writing impacted strongly soon after the completion of the trilogy, and so a fourth book using the past hero’s children and their discovered ancient computer began to form as a start of a new saga of fantasy and light entertainment.
Leaving off where the galaxy was cleared of evil business moguls, and all planets became delightful places to reside, this new story Aussie Mythology, begins with the discovery of more despicable business manipulations and power takeovers.
This time the evil transactions encompassed interplanetary real estate and the use of particular “God-like” powers creating tornado damage over densely populated Earth locations of China, Russia, Afghanistan and Northeast Africa.
The plan was to acquire cheap land on the planet Dudgeon, build a new city, and transport the devastated Earthlings to the newly developed site, creating jobs and lifestyle as the attraction.
The devastated Earth property would be purchased at “fire sale” values under a Town Planning Scheme, undulated, and redeveloped as modern city accommodation. The ongoing profits would allow business domination and control over inter galaxy commerce, policy direction and all sources of wealth in general.
Our heroes have difficulty discovering the evil one they call the “Ghost” until witchcraft and illusions are used with both parties attempting dominance. The police assist, and the identity of the unknown business entrepreneur as the beautiful Chinese-born Ormr Xishan and her managing director Dimitri Augustin, are brought to court to explain two possible murders.
Ormr and her colleagues escape, and a semi-battle ensues with magic, sorcery and trickery dashing between the two sides of evil and good.
After observing the Granger family interaction, the birth of a son Justin to Susan and the realisation of human emotion, the sorcerers discover true love, and a change in attitude begins to evolve.
On their own, the “Gods” Thor and Aphrodite decide to take back their rightful place and rule Earth as they once did, but Ormr realises this is wrong and takes control of the situation.
The warring parties agree to meet using Orack the computer as an incentive. Interplanetary peace begins to evolve.
The story concludes with the evil one becoming the heroin, the immigration turning profitable and interplanetary business re-invigorated.

FOREWORD
T HOSE THAT HAVE read my previous trilogy— Aussie Pilot , Aussie Knowhow , and Aussie Impasse —will recall that the Granger family and their friends were the main characters or heroes, with Orack, the ancient computer being the central motivator. These books formed my late life-writing experience and were expected to be all that would be written at the time. After all, I intended to clear the thoughts out of my head, never once considering publishing.
Things changed. The urge to keep writing gained strength, and so now, with some accumulated experience and acquired learning, I decided to tell the story of the second-generation Grangers with their exciting encounters, use of magic, telepathy, and mind-reading skills as they fight the conniving, manipulative moguls with their illusions and the dangerous traps in the hope that some of you may enjoy a little more intriguing fantasy and light mental stimulation.
My writing is based on the reader completing only two or three chapters at a time. Then on putting the book down, reflects and regurgitate the events, discovering better actions and outcomes, depending on the emotion activated within their mind. Maybe expand the fantasy with more opportunities and experience greater mental stimulation and emotional pleasure.
This book continues describing the family’s growing skills with traditional magic, illusions, and mind reading, and, of course, explains the fictitious, sometimes terrifying international commercial situations quite often evident today.
In this ever-maturing galaxy of egotistical people, wealth and the pursuit of power is the primary motivation for existence. Successful business moguls are inevitably the cause of most disastrous circumstances, and the actions and motivations of good people to incarcerate those purposeful creators of devastation often do an exciting reading.
The earth date setting is around the mid-2030s, with the visitors from recently discovered nearby planets intermingling with Earth’s races. Humans gain general acceptance of pure magic in daily life, and in fact, the use of it becomes admired with the zapping or flitting between dimensions, an accepted way of life.
Following a cursory attempt to review the recorded early history of the earth, although considered not that accurate, written mythology appears to confirm the existence of super people or gods with extraordinary powers, particularly by the Greek and Roman poetry, art, pottery illustrations, and scroll writings, all those thousands of years ago. Even more recently, say the 1550s or so, perhaps, the evolvement and demise of the South American Inca Indians could be included.
Titans, Olympians, and other super beings—their progeny—all gained their powers from their alien ancestry. They used their skills to their advantage by threatening and taking from the various human races of the time.
It must be remembered that life in those days was very different from current times and existence then was of dominance and subservience where death was of little consequence. Since witchcraft was banned around the earth year 1200, dictators affecting the races in such a way eventually were taken out by the very society they dominated.
The historic Greek mythology writings are confusing with duel names, children out of wedlock, parents and children co-habituating and unreliable, and even conflicting reporting by those historians who recorded their beliefs and actions. Therefore, my referral back in time to these writings is minimal and left up to the readers’ knowledge to verify or decry. Still, similar operations performed by the Gr
