The next screen will confirm that your new CAMPAIGN IS READY FOR USE
This campaign can now capture subscribers to it's list simply by having them email it's address!

Edit Confirmation Messageis number 6 down the page. Choose aSubject lineandBody tempatefrom thedropdown lists.

To change a campaign's settings at any time, first click Manage Campaigns on the Control Panel. Then click the Campaign Settings button to the right of the list title.

CREATE A NEW FOLLOWUP MESSAGE Now that our campaign is in place, and a subscribers list has been automatically established to hold emails, we will create a new followup message to be included with this campaign.
To start the Autoresponder Wizard, click Setup My Autoresponderon the Control Panel and then select whichCampaignyou would like to add the followup message to.

On the message template screen click I will create a plain text message then click
TheMessage Editorwill start, and allow you to begin designing your email.

Enter aSubjectline.
For theIntervalenter how many days after the subscriber's initial signup date will pass before this message is delivered.
This is the first followup in this campaign, so we'll leave it at 0 for immediate delivery after signup.
We're now ready to enter the contents of our message. GetResponse allows you to send messages inPlain Textas well asHTMLformat, and evenBOTH formats simultaneously for maximum compatibility.
Enter your message'sPlain Textversion either by typing it, or copy and paste from another document. ClickWrap Long Linesbelow the editor window to have your paragraphs optimized for text mode.

Now that a Plain Text version is in place, we can add an HTML enhanced version into the same message, which will allow us to add special formatting and also track statistics and sales from this message.

Once the text is in place, check theuse HTML & plaintext dual formatbox at the top, then clickHTML Bodyand the editor will load.
Clickconvert the existing Plain Text message to HTMLto have your text appear.
We can now addspecial formattingto our text such asfonts, styles, justification and color.The editor helps add otherHTML contentsuch aslinks, tables, lists, pictures and more.
Preview your message by clicking theMessage Previewbutton. You can see both the Plain TextandHTMLversions at any timewithout the need to first save the changes!
Make your subscribers feel as though each Communication is coming directly from you by adding Personalization Fields to your messages.

CheckTrack clickthroughsto see how often links contained within this message are clicked by your subscribers.
CheckTrack salesto monitor transactions on your web site that take place after subscribers have arrived from this message's links.
When you're satisfied with your message, proceed to thenext step,and GetResponse willconfirmthat younew autoresponder is ready to go.

ADDING MORE FOLLOWUP MESSAGES TO A CAMPAIGN To add more followup messages to this campaign.

Go toCampaignson the toolbar and chooseSetup Autoresponder.
Select whichCampaignyou would like to add the followup message to.
Then clickCreate new messages.
PRELOADING (COPYING) EXISTING MESSAGES Existing messages can be copied from other marketing campaigns. For example you may have aNew Productsemail that applies to several campaigns. Go toCampaignson the toolbar and choosePreload. 1 The wizard makes copying messages a breeze. Theleft side displays the sourceaccount/campaign, and theright side displays the destination.

Choose whether it'sMessage Typeis currently stored asfollowupsorbroadcasts.

Locate and check the message(s) to preload.

Where this is a followup message we are preloading, we can enter theDayon which the message should arrive.

VIEWING YOUR CAMPAIGN AND MESSAGES
You can now view your campaigns and make adjustments either by:

All of your campaign titles will be visible, and by clicking+you can expand each title to view the individualfollowupandbroadcastmessages they contain. Beside each message title you can clickEditto make changes and access your saved drafts.
