These provisions require nongovernmental entities or persons, insureddepository institutions, and affiliates of insured depository institutions that are parties to certainagreements in fulfillment of the Community Reinvestment Act to• make agreements available to the public and the appropriate agency and• file annual reports about the agreements with the appropriate agency.The agencies solicit comments on all aspects of the proposed rule and will issue afinal rule after considering comments received.The Board must receive comments by July 21, 2000.
