The Judges, elected by law to each division, handle the business of their respective divisions in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of Ohio and the Rules of the Supreme Court. The Judges of the Domestic Relations, Juvenile, and Probate Divisions adopt rules of practice and procedure for their respective divisions.
