[ES] El artículo hace una aproximación a la figura del Child Grooming, incorporada por el legislador en la reciente reforma de la LO 05 de 2010, revisando la precisión en la utilización de dicho término, la existencia o no de una realidad en España vinculada con esta conducta, y la respuesta que se ha dado desde el Derecho Penal.[EN] This article undertakes an approach to the figure of Child Grooming, included by the legislature into the recent amendment to LO 05 of 2010, by reviewing the precise utilization of the said term, the existence or inexistence of actual facts in Spain related to this conduct, and the response given by the Criminal Law.
