The Department also heldthree public hearings on the four draft general permits. The hearings were held on the following datesand locations: February 13, 2003, Morris County Frelinghuysen Arboretum, Morristown, New Jersey;February 20, 2003, Collingswood Senior Community Center, Collingswood, New Jersey; and February25, 2003, Department headquarters building, Trenton, New Jersey. Concurrently with the Department’s issuance of these final four general permits, the Department ispromulgating amendments to the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) rules,N.J.A.C. 7:14A. These general permits are not part of the NJPDES rules.
