TheAudit focused on assessing the following:1) The Overall Quality of NCUOF Investigations and2) The Handling of Unauthorized Force Allegations, if applicable.The Audit is not intended to provide an assessment of Department-wide adherence to mandatesspecified in the Consent Decree.
