Hello friend, thanks for purchasing this eBook. The very fact you purchased and are reading this book tells me you or someone close to you is suffering from insomnia (inability to sleep) which I personally had a stint with, till I overcame it through what I call a lucky discovery.
I now sleep and no more stare in the dark while hearing others snore their lives away and feeling jealous (You ve been there so I guess you know what am talking about).
I ll be sharing with you some tips I came across through self discovery which will aid you overcome this terrible plague called insomnia as it did for me without the aid of drugs or sleeping pills (I don t advice anyone to resort to drugs as a cure for insomnia).
