Introduction
If you’re like me, you probably find it difficult to find time to read large amounts of content amid your busy schedule. Yet in your desire for personal development, you’d like to be consistently improving your life—and you don’t want any lapse on that journey.
I wrote A Shift a Day for Your Best Year Yet because today we all live in the reality of time scarcity. Nobody escapes having a busy life and mind, and the pace seems to be accelerating—demanding that we do more with less, say more with less, and achieve more with less. In this book, I chose to slice, dice, and think twice about everything I wrote to be as brief, efficient, and effective as possible. I want to help you improve all aspects of your life the same way I desire to improve my own life—intentionally and consistently growing, learning, and shifting thoughts for better life experiences.
If you’ve read my other books, you will notice extracts from them here and there—along with new supporting content. My hope is that those key value points will serve as reminders and take further root in your life.
My goal for this book is to provide powerful and memorable bits of content that you can easily retain and apply in real time and real life, to accelerate positive growth transformation and results. Whether you choose to read one point per day or several points at a time, my hope is that the content on these pages manifests as new stories in your life.
