Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a bible based organization (which was established in 1996) for the betterment of women in all aspects of life under the umbrella of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Dr. Rose is a leader, a trainer, and a mentor of women in the community, in Christianity, in academia, in careers, as a wife, as a mother, etc.
She mentors and trains women how to take control of their lives, obtain their goals, be a manager
Women learn, what is the purpose of their lives
How to use Management and Leadership skills to obtain their goals and become successful in any area they have a passion for
Dr. Rose has an Agape Love for women. Her God Given talents assist women during a crisis. It assists women to understand how to take control in a crisis and do not let the crisis take control. It enables the women to lead herself and her family during the crisis.

Dr. Rose teaches women how to become proficient leaders and managers of their personal lives in areas of Management, Leadership, Training and Mentoring of Women in Christianity, Academia , careers, as a wife, motherhood, etc. Women learn who they are and how they can be successful as themselves.

Vision:
Dr. Rose envisions: All women walking one-on-one with Jesus, doing Gods perfect will and reaping the benefits from his blessing. Dr. Rose promotes a desire to succeed and be proficient globally. Allow Jesus to change our lives!

Rose Brooks Deal possesses a doctorate degree in Organizational Management & Leadership. She is an author, mentor, tutor, an instructor, a lecturer and a proficient speaker.

Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a place (she attends St. Matthew CME Church) where any woman can come and feel loved. “We Embrace You with An Agape Love”. Dr. Rose and the Virtuous Women of St Matthew CME Church would like all woman to come and join us during our church services and Girlz Nite Out every 3 rd Friday of the month.
Within this organization problems are solved and dreams are sought, through prayer and achievement.
Dr. Rose is an advocate for women; she uses her God Given talents bestowed upon her from Jesus Christ, her experience of 21 years dedicated to the U.S. Army, her professionalism as a Doctor of Organization Management and Leadership, and with a strong Medical and Science background.
Dr. Rose collaborates with any woman across all ages, races, industries, professions, political, and religious beliefs in an effort to establish lasting relationships and pool our resources for the purpose of making a positive changes in the world of women.

I. In The Beginning
This “In the Beginning” Workbook, Belongs To

The “In The Beginning” workbook was designed to assist women in understanding why God created woman. Webster’s Dictionary, (2012) defined the word create as the following: T o evolve from one's own thought or imagination as a work of art or an invention. A woman is definitely a work of art. God has not made another creation as beautiful as a woman.
Leonardo Da Vinci was so intrigued by the beauty of a woman’s body, he attempted to replicate it in drawings and paintings. In this workbook, I will discuss questions such as why were women created and what are their purpose (Jesus and God will be used interchangeably throughout this workbook. Christian belief of the Trinity is Jehovah, our Father, Jesus, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The 3 are one, a spirit. They are separate entities, but one entity).

To comprehend the root of the “ In The Beginning ” workbook, please read the entire workbook and complete all the exercises. The objective of the workbook is to stimulate your thinking with questions such as, Why were you created?

Questions such as, what are some areas within your personality that are an enigma? ( a puzzling or inexplicable occurrence or situation, [ Merriam-Webster collegiate dictionary , 2012]). Do you have questions about yourself such as “The woman in the mirror, who is she?” Woman, what does that word mean? Have you pondered questions such as these for sometime, but have never found the answer? (in this workbook, we will discover the answers to the mentioned questions and more).
The In the Beginning Work Book will assist you in exiting a road filled with Puzzling Q uestions and detouring onto a highway of Assuredness , with the care and love of Jesus Christ. This workbook will carry you through a series of exercises that will assist you in understanding why you were created and who you are.

The comprehensive exercises can be read privately or you may attend Dr. Rose’s teaching sessions every third Friday night of the month at St. Matthew C.M.E Church (Girlz Nite Out). You are welcomed to go on line and email questions to Dr. Rose at contact@askdoctorrose.com , or go online to Dr. Rose’s webpage Askdoctorrose.com and obtain the latest updates. The exercises will assist you in studying the Holy Bible to answer the above mentioned questions.

Below I will start with several questions about you, please answer the following questions:

1. Th e woman in the mirror who is she? Where do you see yourself as in the next 5 years?

2.What does the word woman mean to you?
What category of women do you feel you are in? You may feel you are in the category of the 1st lady of the President (inclusive of Queens or a homeless woman), then state why you feel you see yourself in that category of women?

After answering the questions and discussing why and who are you? We will proceed with the course. Please feel free to refer back to what you have written to see if it correlates with the workbook.

Many women were taught by their family members, love ones, etc. being born a woman was something of a disgrace. Many young girls were taught the same, being born a girl was a mistake (you were a mistake!), girls are made to believe, girls are not as competent as boys. Statements such as these have hurt many women and caused them to dedicate themselves to proving they are equal to a man.

Women God does not make mistakes, and there is nothing wrong with being born a woman. Hebrews 13:19-22, vs 21, comments God has made you perfect in every good work to do his will. God made us to do his will; the opinion of foolish men means nothing. When negative comments are made about women, cast them out of your mine and replace the thoughts with Hebrews 13:21,working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Understand we were placed here for a reason, that reason is to do God’s will, other comments made about you (being born a girl was a mistake, You were a mistake!, girls are not as competent as boys) are all stumbling blocks to prevent you from running the race for God and excelling in your career.
Hebrews 12:1-3 states, t herefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Think about how God feels about stereotyping? Genesis 1: 22, stated, God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and the rib, which the Lord God hath taken from man, made he a woman (Eve the very first woman created by God) and brought her unto the man. God took the rib from a man’s side to create woman (Eve)).

God knew this type of chaos would occur, so with this, the first woman, Eve was taken from Adam’s side, she was designed especially for Adam (a woman designed especially for a man !). At this point, we can conclude women are equal to men and women were designed to be a help to men.
Woman (Eve) was not taken from below the waist of man, but from the side of man, her purpose is to be at his side, to assist. Women are designed to assist. Women are equally intelligent and are designed to assist men in any and every situation. An example would be as follows:
