The intended audience for this book is people of all ages from around the world who love to bake and are interested in making fabulous desserts. Baking experience is not essential, as the book will contain tips and tricks for all levels: from the novice to the experienced baker. The recipes are easy to follow, with step-by-step instructions, beautiful photos and advice from the author.

What makes this book unique: there are very few seasonal cookbooks with a particular focus on desserts
Secondly, the book doesn't just contain recipes, it tells a story about seasons taking the author’s unique personal background: Born in India, raised in Poland, studied at an American school, and then pursuing postgraduate studies in the Netherlands. This really gives the book an international appeal, making it relatable to audiences from around the globe by providing some cultural insight into the recipes (i.e. Kersenflappen or little cherry turnovers is a unique way to enjoy turnovers, very popular in the Netherlands but also enjoyed in other countries).
This cookbook has a multicultural approach by including recipes from different countries and cultures but will also celebrate our common love of dessert!
Each recipe has a story related to a particular season and is accompanied by photographs taken by the author.
The book has gorgeous photographs of the desserts as well as on the table (i.e. served at a birthday) that showcase the joy each dessert brings.
