Description

This book uncovers my thoughts and feelings on people and events that have occurred in my life. A manuscript of my feelings and emotions about people and happenings within my life that have affected the way that I have lived. The help and loving that I have found given to myself when most needed by people whom I respect and admire. Also the feelings of regret, in not always taking the advice of others until it is too late, and not always achieving my goal. The beautiful scenes that this country and land gives out to those who look for the view, and the thankfulness of being there to see things happen that make me smile. Being able to write down the things in my life that have meaning and can be spoken about by others. I hope that my words express what I think, and I am able to thank those who are with us always, in our thoughts.

About the Author
A person who will always help you try to find the answer. A man who never gives in, always there to listen and to discuss his views. A shoulder to lean on and a hand to help. A truthful person who knows what to say and when. But he also knows when to say nothing.
Dedication
To my mother, Marie Rugg, my father, Freddie Rugg, and my sister, Jane Rugg, much gratitude and respect for your nursing and caring given to me with tremendous love.
To my great uncle, Philip Magnus, my uncle, David Polden, and friend, David Marks. You all showed me great love and patience, helped me within my life in eventually reaching the recovery line. Thank you; for without you six people, my words within this book would never be read.

All Washed Up
I need my space, I am sorry for it to end this way
I will not let it be a drawn-out affair, it must end today
Time has now passed and all my love and trust has gone
I know that you keep on saying sorry, but what you do is wrong
Having tried to contain my feeling, about my resentment towards you
The vows that we took a long, long time ago have been broken, and my regret is saying I do
You keep on saying sorry, just give me another chance
And the feelings of pity I portray to you, by always holding out the olive branch
No more, no more, I say but it always ends the same
As ever a tear appears on your cheek as the tides are once more turned and I take the blame
I just won’t go on holding the towel and cleaning up after your lies
I always hav
