The second part deals with the accounts of solicitors and, in particular, the need to account for client’s money. For the sake of brevity, the masculine pronoun has been used to include the feminine. The authors would like to thank their colleagues at The University of Law at Store Street for their help in the preparation of this book, and College of Law Publishing for their support during the production process.
