Due to external influences such as Government Tax andfluctuations in the international rate of exchange, the rates are liable to change without notice. All monetary transactions aresubject to calculation in Pounds sterling or Euro. For the benefit of overseas visitors to our site, we have displayed a calcu latedrate in either United States Dollars or Pounds This rate is a calculation only. The Euro rate is the contract rate. Once a book ingis confirmed in writing by:Le French Gite.co.uk, the rental rate is fixed and will not alter.BOOKING DEPOSIT: All bookings are accepted on a "first come first served basis". A Booking deposit of 20% is required w henbooking our Gîtes. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. Book ingsmade within 6 weeks of departure require the full amount to be paid. Bookings made within 4 weeks of departure will require fullpayment to be made in cleared funds either by certified cheque or cash. Payments may be accepted by non-cleared funds, but willattract bank charges.
