ENTRY FEES (US funds):TD Test = $65.00TDX Test = $95.00 Entry Fees include a $.50 AKC Recording Fee and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee. Fees must accompany all entries. Certification must accompany all TD entries.Make checks or money orders payable to CDTA. Mail entries, fees, and certification (TD entries only) to: Lia Bijsterveld, Test Secretary, c/o CDTA, PO Box 29118, Bellingham, WA 982281118 Express mail entries must include signature waiver. No Fax, Email, or any other electronic entries will be accepted. A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event.ENTRANTS are responsible for errors in entry forms, regardless of who may make such errors. ENTRIES MUST BE ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS WITH AGREEMENT ATTACHED. CERTIFICATION (TD ENTRIES). Witheach TD test entry of a dog that has not passed an AKC tracking test, there must be filed an original statement dated within one year, signed by a person who has been approved by the AKC to judge a tracking test, certifying that the dog is considered to be ready for such a test. A DRAWING FOR PARTICIPANTSNovember 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.will be held on Wednesday,at 1012 E. Hemmi Road, Everson, WA, to determine which entries will participate in the test.The drawing will be random among those entries received. Preference will be given in the TD Test, to dogs without a TD title; and in the TDX Test, to dogs without a TDX title.All persons submitting entries are invited to attend the drawing. When the advertised limit has been drawn, anALTERNATE LISTwill be drawn subject to the same preferences set forth above.The alternates will be advised of their positions on the alternate list and given an opportunity to be at the test site in case of absent dogs.Alternate entry fees & TD Certifications will be returned unless the alternate actually participates in the test.Entry fees will also be refunded to any confirmed entry that does not participate in the test, provided that the Test Secretary is notified prior to the day of the test and provided that an alternate entry participates in the test as a result of the withdrawal.
All entrants will be notified of the results of the drawby the Test Secretary. BITCHES IN SEASONThe Test Secretary must be notified that a bitch is in season prior to themay participate. drawing for tracks.The dog will be given the last track and will not be allowed in the tracking area until just prior to running her track.In the case of more than one bitch in season at the test, a second draw for the last tracks will be held immediately after the first draw. By their presence at the Sites, all exhibitors and spectators agree to abide by AKC Rules and Regulations and to follow the instructions of the Tracking Test Committee and Judges. While all care will be taken to insure the safety of both people and dogs, the Chuckanut Dog Training Association, Inc., the Tracking Test Committee, the landowners, their employees and their agents assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any dog, person, or property on the Sites or loss, damage or injury to any dog, person, or property traveling to or from the Sites. ALL DOGS WILL BE KEPT ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES IN ANY AREA OF THE TRACKING SITES. Dogsnot actually participating will go where instructed.Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs and for keeping the Sites clean. AWARDS: Agreen rosette and aplaque with the dog’s track will be offered to all dogs passinga TD or TDX test. Refreshments will be furnished on the morning of the test.A no host lunch will be held following the tests, at which AWARDS will be presented to dogs passing a TD or TDX test. Chuckanut Farm is the second dairy on the left. Look for brown building, agility equipment, and sheep in field.Please park in brown building’s lot –not on the road. Cancellation of Event may occur due to extreme hazardous weather conditions as determined by the Tracking Committee and Judges.
