Jean-Pierre Winter is a psychoanalyst. Student of Jacques Lacan, he owes most of his training. In his book Transmit (or not) (Albin Michel, 2012, 176 p., 16 €), the author helps deconstruct determinism and returns its responsibility to each subject. Very concerned by the laws of descent, the psychoanalyst has recently taken a stand against the adoption of a child by two persons of the same sex (Homoparenté, Albin Michel, 2010)
