Four years during which I worked at several research projects and in several research groups and which I finally conclude with this PhD thesis that would not have been written with-out support and encouragement from my dear friends and colleagues. First of all I like to thank my supervisors Prof. Dr. Birgit Kleinschmit and Prof. Dr. Jürgen Döllner who both supported me throughout the time.
