The scopes represent functional measures, describingthesynthesizingcapacityofametabolicnetworkifsuppliedwithapredefinedset of resources. For a given set of initial metabolites, the seed, all possibleproducts are determined using the stoichiometric information of the network.Specifically, the organism independent KEGG reference network is analyzed.
