I would now like to make some remarks on the documents received. It is a proven and established fact that counterfeit is developing and constitutes a real danger to public health. We assert in paragraph 1 page 1 that counterfeit has “strongly increased”. It is not for our group of specialists to justify, since it was precisely on these observations that it was referred to. However, I wonder if it would not be interesting for the CDPC meeting of June 2008 that this organisation to have at its disposal, a complete file with several concrete examples of counterfeit? It is very illustrative of what takes place in the field. I think that the Pharmaceutical Security Institute association has this type of documentation available in most of the big groups.
