Vladimir Choubkine : Die Berufswahl.
Die Berufswahl der Studenten, die Mittel-und Hochschulen erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben, wirft eine Reihe sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Fragen auf. Deren rechtzeitige und richtige Lösung erlaubt die Fehltritte und Enttauschungen zu verringern, denen die jungen Leute zu Beginne ihres Berufslebens ausgesetzt sind. Damit verhindert man das Auftreten unsozialer Erscheinungen, vermindert berufliche Unbeständigkeit und Wechsel und verbessert schliesslich Auswahl und Vorbereitung des Rahmenpersonals. Auf der Suche nach einer Lösung studiert der Verfasser die Ergebnisse von Untersuchungen, die von 1962 bis 1966 unter seiner Leitung von der soziologischen Arbeitsgruppe des Laboratoriums fiir wirtschaftlich-mathematische Forschungen der Staatsuniversität von Novosibirsk gefiihrt wurden. Die Untersuchungen und nachfolgenden Arbeiten betreffen die von den verschiedenen Berufen ausgeiibte Anziehung, die berufliche und geographische Beweglichkeit, die Wirksamkeit der Berufsausbildung und ihre Uebereinstimmung mit der Nachfrage nach Rahmenpersonal in der Staatswirtschaft, die Bestandigkeit der Berufspläne und die sozialen Umstellungen, sowie auch eine Reihe methodologischer Fragen zur Behandlung der umfangreichen Informationen.
Vladimir Choubkine : Choosing a profession.
The choice of a profession by secondary or superior school graduates gives rise to a series of social and economic problems. The correct resolution of these problems, at the proper time, reduces the possibility of errors and the disappointments which may compromise young people's start in life. Thanks to a correct choice, antisocial phenomenons are avoided, professional instability and migration are reduced and the selection and training of « cadres » is improved. To find these solutions, the author studies the results of inquiries carried out between 1962 and 1966, under his direction by the sociological work group of the economico-mathematic research laboratory of the Novosibirsk State University. These inquiries and subsequent studies bear on the attraction of the different professions, on professional and geographical mobility, on the efficiency of professional training and its conformity with the need for « cadres » in the national economy, persistance of professional projects, social regrouping, as well as on a series of methodological problems arising from the treatment of a great mass of information.
V. Choubkine : La elección de una profesión.
La elección de un empleo por los titulados de las escuelas de segunda ensenanza о de las escuelas superiores levanta una serie de problemas sociales y económicos. Su solución correcta, dada a tiempo, reduce la posibilidad de equivocaciones y decepciones que pueden marcar el inicio de la vida de los jóvenes. Con eso, se cierra el paso a fenomenos antisociales, se disminuye la instsbilidad profesionál y la migración, se mejoran la elección y la preparación de Estado de Novosibirsk. Procurando encontrar esas soluciones, estudia el autor investigaciones hechas desde 1962 has ta 1966, bajo su direction, por el grupo de trabajo sociológico del Laboratorio de investigaciones economico-matemáticas de la Universidad de Estado de Novosibrisk. Las investigaciones y los trabajos consecutivos tuvieron como tema el atractivo de las diferentes profesiones, la movilidad profesionál y geográfica, la eficacia de la formación profesionál y su conformidad con las necesidades de cuadros en la economía nacionál, la constancia en los proyectos profesionales y los nuevos grupos profesionales; examinaron tambien una série de problemas metodológicos que levanta el trato de una masa de informaciones.
В. Шубкин: Выбор профессии.
Выбор первой профессии выпускниками школ всех ступеней связан с целым рядом социальных и экономических проблем. Правильное и своевременное разрешение их уменьшает возможность ошибок и разочарований, связанных с первыми шагами молодежи, что объективно ведет к сокращению разного рода антисоциальных явлений, сокращает текучесть и миграцию, улучшает подбор и подготовку кадров.
В поисках этих решений, автор изучает результат социологических анкет, проведенных под его руководством социологической группой Лаборатории экономико-математических исследований Новосибирского государственного университета в 1962-1966 гг.
Изучались: привлекательность профессий, профессиональная и территориальная мобильность, эффективность производственного обучения, его соответствие потребностям «народного хозяйства в кадрах, устойчивость личных планов и социальных передвижек, а так весь ряд методологических вопросов, связанных с обработкой массовой информации.
