Executive Director's Response to Public Comment

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S RESPONSE TO PUBLIC COMMENTThe Executive Director (ED) of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (the commissionor TNRCC) files this Response to Public Comment (response) on proposed TPDES general permit No.TXR050000. As required by TWC, §26.040(d) and 30 TAC §205.3(c), before a general permit may beissued, the ED prepares a response to all timely, relevant and material, or significant comment. Theresponse shall be made available to the public and filed with the Chief Clerk at least ten days before thecommission considers the approval of the general permit. This response addresses all timely receivedpublic comments, whether or not withdrawn.
