Lynx Mobility Inc. on behalf of itself, Naskapi Imuun and Omniglobe Networks is pleased  to  sub mit  comments  regarding  Gazette  Notice  DGRB ‐002‐09  – Consultation on the Renewal of Cellular and Personal Communications Services (PCS) Spectrum Licences  (“the Gazette Notice”).    2.
