In finalizing the report, we carefully considered your comments on the draft report and we have included the mission’s comments in their entirety in appendix II. The report includes 13 recommendations for your action. Based on your comments, a final management decision has been made on recommendation nos. 3, 5, 12, and 13. Management decisions can be recorded for the remaining recommendations when USAID/Brazil and we agree on a firm plan of action, with target dates, for implementing the recommendations. Determination of final action on the recommendations will be made by the Audit Performance and Compliance Division (M/CFO/APC).
