Economically, this growth is often perceived as good for New Hampshire; it brings new jobs, new people, and new ideas. At the same time, however, it also brings new challenges. Unmanaged, this growth can become sprawl, which threatens to destroy the very qualities that make New Hampshire a great place to live.
