The main indications of this act and its place in the therapeutic strategy are defined by four recommendations. The identification of the presence of a lupus anticoagulant can adapt care therapy with a positive impact on the morbidity and mortality of patients after four recommendations based on expert advice, studies observational studies and randomized with methodological limitations.
