The report made nine recommendations, all of which the Minister has accepted. The Minister now wishes to see NHS Trusts incorporate the Committee’s recommendations in their annual infection prevention and control action plans. The plans must be submitted with the Quarter 3 responses in line with the National Performance Framework requirements to the relevant Regional Offices by 31 January 2009, with progress against the WAO and Audit Committee recommendations specifically highlighted.Parc Cathays ...
