Abstract Abstract Measurement of drug dissolution and permeation of solid oral dosage forms in a combined experiment is a quite obvious research approach that nevertheless has only been sparsely considered up to now. In the present work an existing apparatus that has been developed for the mentioned purpose has been adapted to comply with the requirements for the analy-sis of low permeable compounds of BCS classes III and IV.
