Home Energy Audit Agreement Leidel Energy Systems, LLC 18295 Aspen Trail Brownstown, MI 48174 Date www.energywisehome.com Consultant’s Name Phone Number Email  A.  Energy Audit and Savings Assessment :   Leidel Energy Systems will carry out an energy audit and study of the Customer’s residential property (identified on page 3) in order to assess energy consumption and operational characteristics of the property for the purpose of recommending energy conservation measures, improved operating procedures, alternative energy systems, and/or other energy related services in order to reducing the Customer’s energy consumption, expense, and overall environmental impact.  B.  Objectives : The Customer agrees to provide cooperation throughout the process of the audit and study. Leidel Energy Systems will provide the Customer a written report within 60 cays of the date of this audit agreement. The report will meet the following objectives: (1) an analysis of the property’s energy consumption and comparison with comparable properties in the area, (2) an audit of the property which will include a evaluation of the lighting, appliances, HVAC equipment, building envelope, and operating procedures, (3) estimation of approximate energy cost savings based on the review of the data obtained in the consumption analysis (1) and the energy audit (2), (4) approximate installation costs for proposed energy conservation measures and alternative energy ...
