Hospitality Lane San Bernardino, CA 92415 Request for Proposal RFP-ADM06-5-REVISED - Internal Audit Program Services I. INTRODUCTION A. Purpose This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms (VENDOR) to provide internal audit services to Omnitrans outlined in Section V (Scope of Work). The County of San Bernardino Auditor/Controller-Recorder is administering this RFP for the benefit of Omnitrans but all services included in the RFP shall be performed for and administered by Omnitrans. B. Period of Agreement The term of this agreement is anticipated to be from December 1, 2006 for a three-year period with an option for Omnitrans to extend the agreement for two additional one year periods. C. Minimum Vendor Requirements All Vendors must: 1. Have at least three (3) years experience in providing these type services for other governmental entities. 2. Provide at least three (3) references for which like services have been performed within the past five (5) years. 3. Meet other presentation and participation requirements listed in this RFP. 4.
