The Aviation Department (Aviation) has a group of five employees who are responsible for contract administration. As of March 2004, Aviation records show it administers 218 contracts. Aviation has contracts with vendors who supply goods and or services to the department. Aviation also administers contracts for contractors that pay concession fees, rentals and other fees to the department. Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 revenues of $59.3 million include fees of $14.7 million from airlines, $7.4 million from rental car agencies, and $2.8 million from food and gift shop concessionaires.
