HP and Siebel HP-UX benchmark 30k PSPP TC

HP delivers 32,000 concurrent Siebel users on HP-UX 11i, the industry’s highest result Record-breaking number of users achieved on highly-scalable HP-UX-based HP 9000 servers HP has recently completed a record-breaking Siebel 7.5.2 Siebel PSPP (Platform Sizing and Performance Program) Benchmark. This benchmark was performed on the HP-UX 11i HP #1 RESULT operating environment running on HP 9000 enterprise servers. The HP Superdome was partitioned and with the HP-UX served both as the Oracle 9.2.0.2 database server (16 CPUs) and a Siebel Application operating Server (32 CPUs), and was complemented by four HP rp8400 application servers. The environment running application servers were load balanced using Resonate, and performing over 222,312 Siebel eBusiness business transactions per hour. One hp rp8400 server was used for Siebel Workflow, Applications. Siebel EAI, and Siebel Assignment Manager Server. This server per hour completed over 770,905 EAI - HTTP transactions, 22,817 Assignment Manager- Dynamic transactions, 60,244 Workflow Manager transactions, and 540,845 EAI - MQSeries transactions.
