Insight Studio                              Insight Studio is the main hub for the collection builder (kind of like a studio is for an artist!). It provides various tools which can be used to create collections, upload multimedia, grant access to users etc. This is software is a must for a collection builder. However, students don’t need to have this.  2. Inscribe               is a record publishing software of the Insight Suite (Get it …. Inscribe …). A collection owner/cataloguer can use this  to manually add/edit/delete records which is normally associated to an image or multimedia asset. This software can be used by collection builder or any other appropriate user (Cataloguers) but not by a student.   3. Insight                 They call this software just Insight. It is also referred to as Insight Java Client.  It gives you an “Insight” to the various collections hosted and made available to the user. This software allows the user to view images, download images, create presentations, and annotate images and lot more. This software is mainly for the End‐user. This will be used heavily mainly by the faculty and the students.   Getting the Software ...
