Transportation 1appropriations legislation since fiscal year (FY) 2002 requires the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to annually review the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) compliance with eight safety criteria set forth in section 350(c) of the FY 2002 Act.
