EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: As a result of fieldwork done in Caroline County in November of 2006 conducting an existing radio communications infrastructure inventory, Atlantic Technology Consultants, Inc. found what is perceived to be the entire existing infrastructure for radio communications within Caroline County.
