T hese financial statements are theresponsibility of the Organization's management. Our responsibilityis to express an opinion on these based on ouraudits.We conducted our audits in accordance with auditing standardsgenerally accepted in the United States of America. Those require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonableassurance about whether the financial statements are free ofmaterial misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a testbasis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in thefinancial statements. A n audit also includes assessing theaccounting principles used and significant estimates made bymanagement, as well as evaluating the overall financial statementpresentation.
