I think it is a Comment noted. The huge waste of time, money and will bring even more light and air pollution, traffic environmental document will and crime, and urban sprawl. It seems like a tactic for more sprawl and to please include discussions on the need developers. Please reconsider your plans. It is not too late. and purpose, goals and objectives, and will analyze various environmental impacts from the proposed facility such as the ones you are concerned with. A decision to select a specific alternative or to approve an alignment would only be made after further agency reviews and public involvement, including a public hearing. 2 Cruz Robert At first I thought it would make better sense and cost less to use existing roads. Comments noted. However after Rita and other considerations I have decided that it would make more long term economic sense to build new roads. This would allow much improved hurricane preparedness as well as creating new opportunity for growth along the freeway and frontage roads. I cannot speak in details because I don't live in that area. I live on Bush Rd in Baytown. I am for whichever route is the straightest and least impacting of existing homes. I am in favor of being fair in dealing with existing landowners. Good ...
