MGCC STANDING RACE REGULATIONS 2005 These Standing Regulations apply to all MG Car Club Race meetings and carry the same force as the Supplementary Regulations and Final Instructions for the meeting. References to MSA Regulations refer to the 2005 edition of the MSA Competitors’ Yearbook. 1. ENTRIES Entries are at the discretion of the Organisers and are accepted in order of receipt unless Championship regulations state otherwise. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged by postcard, acceptance confirmed with the issue of Final Instructions mailed approx 10 days prior to the Meeting. Incomplete entry forms or copies of documents mentioned in 3 below not accepted. Entry forms without the appropriate entry fee will not be considered in accordance with B 9.1. Faxed and email entries will be accepted in accordance with B 9.2. 2. ENTRY FEE REFUNDS Prior to closing date in full less £25 handling charge; after closing date and up to 72 hours before the Meeting - in full less 50%; reserves who practice but do not race due to oversubscribed grids - in full less the MSA per capita charges. All requests for refunds must be in writing. 3. SIGNING ON Please sign on in the Paddock Office before Scrutineering and produce the following: MSA Competition Licence/Medical Certificate properly endorsed, signed and with photograph attached; MG.
