It is the duty of every owner of a red AHR registered Haflinger, member or non-member, who enjoys the benefits that come from owning an animal that carries an AHR Registered Pedigree to do everything in his/her power to live up to these Rules and Regulations. Further, it is the duty of any member or non-member who encounters any irregularity in the Registration or Transfer of an AHR recorded horse to report same to a member of the Board of Directors.
