As this report has now been finally adopted, I am communicating the text thereof to the Consultative Assembly so as to enable that institution to examine it in accordance with Article 175(6) of the Convention. The Commission's Report to the ACP­EEC Council of Ministers on the management of financial and 'technical co­operation for 198Ο which is to be annexed to the Annual Report v/ill be sent to the Consultative Assembly as soon as it is received by the Council of Ministers.
