Overall, TNS reported a 14.2% fall in U.S. ad spending in the first quar-ter of 2009, following a 9.2% decline in the fourth quarter of 2008.Advertising Age’s sixth annual Hispanic Fact Pack includes data about marketers’2008 ad spending by company and category, demographic trends, and rankings of topTV, radio, newspaper, magazine, online media and social networking sites.
