RECONSTRUCCIÓN HISTÓRICA DE LA INTERVENSIÓN DEL ESTADO EN EL CONTROL OFICIAL PARA EL USO Y MANEJO DEL AGUA EN SAN MIGUEL XOXHITECATITLA, TLAXCALA (HISTORICAL RECONSTRUCTION OF STATE INTERVENTION IN THE OFFICIAL CONTROL FOR THE USE AND MANAGEMENT OF WATER IN SAN MIGUEL XOXHITECATITLA, TLAXCALA)

Resumen
El agua constituye uno de los principales factores que interviene en la producción agraria, motivo por el cual los usuarios de este recurso a lo largo del tiempo fueron desarrollando varias formas de gestión que les permitió tener acceso a ella de manera tradicional. Después de la Revolución Verde, extendida durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, hay una ruptura que modifica la forma económica de concebir el agua como recurso tanto por los gricultores como por los administradores y técnicos (Naredo, 1998: 65). En este sentido, el presente trabajo tiene el objetivo hacer una reconstrucción histórica de cómo el Estado ha intervenido en el control oficial para el uso y manejo del agua en San Miguel Xoxhitecatitla, Tlaxcala.
Abstract
Water it´s one of the main factors involved in agricultural production, this is way the users of this resource were developing various ways of management that allow them to have access to it in traditional way. After the green revolution, widespread during the second half of the XIX century, there is a break that modifies the economical orms of conceiving the water as resource for farmers as well as managers and technicians (Naredo, 1998: 65). In this sense, the present work has the objective to make a historical reconstruction of how the state has been nvolve in the official control for the use and management of water in San Miguel Xoxhitecatitla, Tlaxcala.
